hi everyone hope u r all well ...the basis for this short note is to make u aware of the hazards of eating all that fast foods in what r commonly called truck stops ..on aug 7 2007 I had a heart attack that sent me to the hosptial ..actually I had had 3 earlier in the week that i was unaware of >>>I thought i was just having heart burn or soomething .... on the 7th they did a quad druiple by pass witch has side lined me to the tune of being off for a total of 12 weeks ..I'm in the 8th week here now ..my point is everyone out there is subject to the food that we eat out there ..i would just like to incorage everyone to start eating bettter
it will b a challange for me when I return to the highway in a few weeks but with a little help I should do just fine...ok thats it for me everyone keep on truck'n and b safe...skyrider[/b]
